Long long long looong overdue trade picture for

I don't think I have taken this long with anything yet, and I'm still not satisfied with this

This (mostly) was drawn last year as well, right before my laptop's hard drive died. They could save my pictures, but most of my files and programs were lost, so that's why I couldn't finish these drawings back then. T~T
I came up with the setting long after I already drew Chiyo, so some things may look out of place... I wanted to edit her tail, since it shouldn't look like that if she is sitting, but I already flattened the image >__<;
